Shipping / Delivery Times

All items will be shipped FedEx Ground or USPS. Please Contact us if you would like another shipping method such as 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Depending on your location delivery can range from 2 days to 10 days.

Free Shipping offers are for shipments within the continental US only. Alaska & Hawaii Please contact us via email for shipping quote.

Damaged/Lost Items

If you receive packages that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost. We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time, usually 2 to 10 days. However, in the event of an error by the shipping company, we can put a trace on the package. The trace will attempt to locate the whereabouts of the order through the shipping company.This tracer takes eight days to confirm loss of the product. You may re-order the product before the eight days is over, and it will be shipped again. However, your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original order arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders, and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card. Offroad Obsession, Inc makes every effort to provide accurate prices and product specification but reserves the right to change prices or correct errors in product specifications without notice.

Return and Refunds

Return Authorization number is required. We have the right to refuse any return that does not have a Return Authorization number. At Offroad Obsession our #1 goal is your satisfaction with our products and service. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us please contact us to make a return within 14 days of purchase. You may arrange a return by speaking directly with our customer service department at 530-913-1290 or Returns All returned merchandise must be new and unused, un-opened, in its original cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to a 25 %re-stocking fee. All Shipping will be charged to the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping then we will charge you the actual cost of shipping to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged. All special orders are non-returnable. All refunds over the amount of 200.00 will be refunded as in-store credit only. Any amount under 200.00 will be returned to the customer the same way as received, except for cash. All cash refunds will be returned in form of a company check.

Back Orders

Offroad Obsession Inc attempts to manage its inventory levels to minimize back orders. but on some occasion some merchandise will be out of stock or need to be special ordered. In this case Offroad Obseesion will contact you with a delivery date for your item. Unless canceled by you, all back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our shop. If you wish, you may instruct us to cancel all back-orders or hold orders until complete.

Canceling an Order

Special Orders

Special Orders or non-stocked items are non-returnable.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to a California address or picked up in store are subject to California sales tax. At this time ORO does not collect sales tax on out of state transactions.
